Refund Policy
We can only accept a return if the product is in its original condition. This means that the product has not been used, applied or tampered with. Items must have tags attached. Air fresheners must be sealed and unopened. Stickers and Jet Tags must be in original conditions and unused. We do not offer refunds on change of mind. We will gladly offer a credit note or an exchange for change of mind.
The value of the refund is equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s), excluding the shipping cost. A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of Street Gravy receiving your return.
Refunds and exchange items must be sent back at customers expense. Credits and refunds will be issued only once the item/s have been received by Street Gravy. If an item is not in original condition, tags removed or used, a refund or credit will not be provided.
You have 5 days from the delivery date of the item to return it to us in order to obtain a refund or credit.
Faulty Items:
Having a small but mighty team, we ensure all items are up to our high standards as we hand pack your order. However, in the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please send us an email with your order number, a photo and description of the faulty item. You have 5 days from the delivery date of the faulty item to return it to us in order to obtain a refund or credit.
'Wear and tear' is normal and expected for all items. We do not offer credit, refunds or exchanges for any wear and tear damages.

Third Party Delivery/ Shipping Provider:
Shipping information remains the sole responsibility of the individual placing the order. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct as we cannot return or refund items once they have been lodged.
We cannot change or redirect your order to a new address once fulfilled and shipped.
Refunds from a result of a third party losing the order are not feasible. If your order does not arrive or is lost, Street Gravy will perform a full investigation.
Orders are all subject to delays and will not be eligible for a refund if the package remains in transit. Please contact us if you continue to experience any delays.
